There are two ways to link an external bank account:

1. Instant verification via Plaid. Link your bank account directly through Plaid, and manage transactions from that account in Clearing right away.
2. Micro-deposit verification. We send two small deposits to the external account. You confirm the amounts in Clearing to verify ownership.
